Based at Head Office in Bridgend, South Wales (with extensive travel) as the New Business Sales Manager, my primary function is to develop new business opportunities throughout the UK for n-ergy Group Limited, both in providing vocational training and employability support to offenders and ex-offenders. I am also responsible for ensuring that professional business partnerships are encouraged and maintained across the UK with the various FE Colleges and prisons that n-ergy work with. I am in regular contact with existing partners to maintain a consistently high level of service delivery whilst developing and embedding relationships with new contracts and partners.
To aid future partnerships and professional relationships, I ensure that all communication methods are contemporary via delivery of inspiring company presentations in a professional and confident manner to existing and potential partners. High performance is key to any business and as a member of n-ergy’s Management Team, I am responsible for the successful negotiation of existing and new contracts, ensuring all contractual requirements are understood and implemented in line with partner expectations. I play a vital role in helping the business run smoothly and efficiently via the utilisation of a strategic plan that is agreed with the Managing Director.
