Learner Voice – What do n-ergy’s learners think about our qualifications?

Listening to the feedback that our learners provide us is of paramount importance to ensure we provide them with the highest level of information, advice and guidance and support our learners at every stage of The Learner Journey.

One of the ways we collate feedback is by asking learners to complete an Exit Interview Form on completion of a vocational qualification. We review this monthly so we may identify opportunities for improvement. With this in mind, we have recently evaluated the feedback for May and would like share with you the excellent results for each region, as noted below:

Wales Region

  • 100% of learners in Wales either agreed, or strongly agreed, that they enjoyed the course, felt supported and respected and that their confidence had increased because of completing their qualification.
  • 100% of learners in Wales either agreed, or strongly agreed, that the course has helped them to become more employable.

South West Region

  • 100% of learners in the South West either agreed, or strongly agreed, that they felt supported throughout their qualification.
  • 97% of learners agreed, or strongly agreed, that they enjoyed their course.
  • 87% of learners in the South West either agreed, or strongly agreed, that the course has helped them to become more employable.

All Learner Voice feedback is analysed by our Performance Manager-Central Services and reported in our annual Self-Assessment Report (SAR), which assists us with continually improving the Learner Journey, curriculum development and continued partnership working.
