As a new academic year has commenced, our Chief Executive, Donna Turner-Kot and founder of n-ergy, extends a personal message to all n-ergy’s employees about our company and its future vision.

This week I would to summarise how I feel at present about n-ergy and our commitment to what we do, why we do what we do and how we can continue to be a market leader within the offender learning sector, in 2018/19.
I feel privileged to lead such a vibrant and morally respectful organisation, one that offers life-changing opportunities for individuals in custody.
I am proud of our caring, inclusive culture where we set high standards and expectations of ourselves to achieve our very best.
From the moment, we engage with our learners, we show them respect and give them hope for their future. We ensure all our learners enjoy the experience of working with us.
Our quality standards continue to improve year on year and the curriculum we offer is under further development to ensure we continue to engage and inspire our learners and employers.
However, we are never complacent and we are constantly looking for ways to improve, in order to serve our learners, with the vocational skills and employment opportunities we offer them.
Our rapidly changing sector means having the right service offering and meeting and exceeding our client’s requirements in terms of delivery and performance is more important than ever. We have been operating successfully in our industry now for over eleven years. We have built a reputation based on our well-qualified and experienced team members, a positive ‘can do’ attitude, our big personalities, our tenacity to do a good job and a thirst to continually improve.
I remain determined and ambitious for us all and I trust you will keep on supporting the continuation of our success story.

At n-ergy, we are all passionate advocates of supporting hard-to-reach individuals gain new skills through vocational learning and build confidence whilst in custody; followed by employment support so they may secure sustainable work on release and successfully integrate into their local communities, enabling them to change their lives for the better and make a fresh start!
