n-ergy specialise in supporting offenders with their rehabilitation.
A rewarding and exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and target-focused individual with a passion to provide people in custody with a second chance, to work in prison establishments in South Wales, and for one week bi-monthly, in a Prison establishment in Cambridgeshire; Hotel and mileage will be paid, for visits to Cambridgeshire, plus a daily meal allowance.
To be considered for this exciting role, you need to be experienced in delivering City and Guilds Horticulture qualifications.
The role is permanent, the salary is £25k for 4 days per week, 170 hours (equivalent to five weeks) annual leave, plus bank holidays.
Additional benefits include: your birthday off after first year of service and 4 loyalty days after 5 years of service, an opportunity to join a workplace pension scheme and on-going training and development.

Who, and what, are we are looking for?
Essential Requirements
- TAQA or A1 qualified Assessors with a keen interest to work in offender learning
- Individuals who are passionate about helping others to improve their lives
- Individuals who have assessed NVQs within the last six months
- Outgoing and vibrant individuals with a big personality
Please note all applicants will need to be prepared to undergo prison security clearance.
