Each role will be based within a Prison establishment delivering vocational programmes and employment support to the residents.
You will work closely with other n-ergy Team Members, Prison staff and partners.

In addition, our hours of work for our full-time positions are 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday (No Friday working), offering you a great work/life balance.

n-ergy is an independent specialist training provider whose story began in 2007 when n-ergy was set up by an award-winning entrepreneur, to work with offenders and ex-offenders throughout the UK.
n-ergy’s head office is based in Bridgend, South Wales and the Team operate across England and Wales.
What do we do?
n-ergy is a passionate advocate of supporting hard-to-reach individuals develop new skills and gain nationally recognised qualifications prior to release. n-ergy provides a seamless service by delivering vocational training, short courses and employability programmes to those in custody; followed by employment support so they may secure sustainable work on release.
