n-ergy was established in June 2007 as a privately owned business by Chief Executive, Donna Turner-Kot to work with offenders and ex-offenders.
Our company delivers over 3,000 vocational and employability programmes annually to both offenders and ex-offenders in prisons across England and Wales.
Over the last 9 years, n-ergy has built a reputation as specialists within the offender reform sector. We offer a broad choice of vocational qualifications accredited by Pearson and we have a 95% learner completion and success rate. We also receive consistent and positive feedback from HM Inspectorate of Prisons (HMIP) and Ofsted/Estyn.
At n-ergy, we offer a specialist recruitment service and work closely with local businesses to offer them access to our diverse pool of skilled candidates. In doing so; it plays an instrumental part in reducing re-offending rates UK-wide.
The above activity is funded through our relationships with our funding partners who are predominantly colleges and prime welfare to work providers.
n-ergy currently employs 40+ people across the UK. Our company is an advocate of helping hard-to-reach individuals and employing offenders and ex-offenders within the business.
n-ergy has achieved Investors in People Silver status, is ISO9001 registered and Matrix Standard accredited. n-ergy is a proud sponsor of its regionally chosen charities Devon Air Ambulance Trust, Tenovus Cancer Care and Meningitis Now and a supporter of registered charity PRIME Cymru.
