Who is n-ergy?
n-ergy is an independent specialist training provider whose story began in 2007 when n-ergy was set up by award-winning entrepreneur, Donna Turner-Kot, to work with offenders and ex-offenders throughout the UK. n-ergy’s head office is based in Bridgend, South Wales and operates across England and Wales.
What do we do?
n-ergy is a passionate advocate of supporting hard-to-reach individuals develop new skills and gain nationally recognised qualifications prior to release. n-ergy provides a seamless service by delivering vocational training, short courses and employability programmes to those in custody; followed by employment support so they may secure sustainable work on release, successfully re-integrate into their local communities and make a fresh start!
Who works for n-ergy?
n-ergy currently employs 20+ people across Wales and England. All of n-ergy’s Training Advisors deliver vocational training within a number of prison establishments located in North and South Wales and the following regions in England: South Central, Midlands and the North West. n-ergy’s business support functions are based at its Head Office in South Wales. As an advocate of supporting ex-offenders into sustainable employment on release, n-ergy has employed a number of individuals on ROTL and ex-offenders on release within its business within its business support functions.
