Learner feedback is an integral part of n-ergy’s quality assurance processes. Our learner voice data is used to validate our commitment to learners, the high-quality of our provision and most importantly, the impact made to the learner.
We are therefore delighted that the results from our Learner Voice Data for 2017-18 has once again shown excellent results and recognises the hard work, passion and commitment our team invest in to each and every learner.
Upon completion of a qualification with n-ergy, all learners are asked to complete a Learner Exit Interview Form; the results of which are analysed by n-ergy’s quality team monthly and shared with each prison through monthly reports. The feedback and comments captured by the Quality Team monitor learner feedback and provide supporting evidence for our self-assessment, quality improvement plan and also feed in to n-ergy’s ISO 9001 Committee.
