n-ergy group limited, a successful private training company, are recruiting an Operations Manager to be based at its Head Office in Bridgend; the role is Permanent and Full time (34 hours per week, Monday to Thursday).
n-ergy specialise in offender rehabilitation through education and training and employee development.
The role involves managing the successful delivery of n-ergy’s training contracts through a combination of time spent at Head Office with regular visits to Prison establishments and employer premises.
You will be tasked with ensuring each contract is delivered in line with n-ergy’s quality assurance standards and each contract’s KPIs.
You will achieve this through the management of delivery team members and effective relationship management with key partners including Heads of Learning and Skills at Prison Establishments, funding partners and employers.
Working alongside the other Operations Manager and Quality Manager, the successful applicant will be part of n-ergy’s management team.
The position provides the opportunity to be involved in the further development of n-ergy’s strategy and future direction.
The position will suit an ambitious individual with a professional approach and someone who has experience of working within either a prison or training environment.
