Our analysis of n-ergy’s Learner Exit Interview forms is carried out monthly and has once again shown outstanding results – this time for November.
All Learner Exit Interview comments are captured by the Quality Team to monitor learner feedback and provide supporting evidence for our self-assessment, quality improvement plan and also feed in to n-ergy’s ISO 9001 Committee that meet quarterly.
We have seen some fantastic feedback coming through lately and here are the statistics noted below:
