An innovative partnership scheme set up by one of the tutors at HMP Cardiff has enabled n-ergy’s provision of vocational qualifications to vulnerable prisoners in the Healthcare accommodation and dedicated wing areas.
The provision being delivered by our Training advisors in the Wales team ie. Keith and Mervyn, is helping our learners overcome personal barriers to learning so they may achieve nationally recognised qualifications in readiness for employment upon release.

All our Training Advisors go the extra mile to support learners but we say thank you and well done to Keith and Mervyn for all their support in helping Jennifer launch her new initiative at HMP Cardiff and giving vulnerable prisoners this opportunity for learning which was not feasible previously.
Unfortunately, Jennifer Walsh did not win her category but she is still a winner in our eyes! We wish Jennifer and this new initiative continued success for our learners to gain new skills, confidence and the knowledge to secure sustainable employment on their release in the local community.

Company value: Going the Extra Mile
