Learner feedback is an integral part of n-ergy’s quality assurance processes. Our learner voice data is used to validate our commitment to learners, the high-quality of our provision and most importantly, the impact made to the learner.

Learner Voice November 2018 : 100% of our learners agreed or strongly agreed the course made a positive difference to them!

Our analysis of n-ergy’s Learner Exit Interview forms is carried out monthly and has once again shown outstanding results – this time for November.

All Learner Exit Interview comments are captured by the Quality Team to monitor learner feedback and provide supporting evidence for our self-assessment, quality improvement plan and also feed in to n-ergy’s ISO 9001 Committee that meet quarterly. Read more ›

Moriarty’s Movember fundraiser for Tenovus Cancer Care raises £137!

Over the month of November, Neil Moriarty, who works with us as a Training Advisor within the Wales Team at n-ergy, has undertaken his own personal Movember fundraiser this year to support n-ergy’s Charity of the Year, Tenovus Cancer Care.

You may already be aware that Movember is an annual, month-long event involving the growing of moustaches during the month of November to raise awareness of prostate cancer and other male cancer and associated charities. Read more ›

Matrix Standard Quality Assurance Assessor endorses n-ergy’s commitment to continuous improvement
